Challenge was to make sure that fingerprint Biometric data -Fingerprint template to be made available in specific ISO standards. Tutis with help of Secugen made this possible .In fact SecuGen technical team played a vital role interns of providing right Biometric API
  
Under this project health care insurance is made available to India’s rural poor Below Power Line Population. A Smart Card has been issued which carries demographic details along with Fingerprint Biometric data of BPL citizen.
  
The fingerprint devices are used first to enroll each BPL citizen ,beneficiary into the system .Smart Card is being provided to them after due validations. Then these BPL familes are being identified using Fingerprint scanner when they visit a hospital to obtain medical care.
  
Tutis has ensure that use of Secugen Hamster IV and Hamster Plus fingerprint readers being done at the authentication level in order to prevent unauthorized access in the hospitals.
  
Similar to this Tutis has integrated secugen hamster -biometric fingerprint reader in number of e-governance projects including micro finance,banking, Land registration, Inspector General Revenue -computerization .Under IGR Project Secugen Fingerprint reader is being used to capture Fingerprint impression of the citizen who purchases or transfers property . This Fingerprint image and data is saved ,printed for subsequent use .This fingerprint biometric data can be valid ed whenever required. Tutis has provided SecuGen Fingerprint scanners along with set of API ,biometric consultancy to number of system integrators across India in order to deploy them across India. Project of IGR is a continuous process under which millions of Fingerprint ,thumb prints has been captured ,stored using Secugen Hamster Plus -Fingerprint Scanner almost through out the country.
